If you are using the Surya incense holder, simply hang the rope from the hook. If you have a bowl filled with ash or marble dust, place the lit string on top without letting it touch the rim.

3- Light the end of the string and wait a few seconds before blowing out the flame. Place the note with your intention under the incense burner and put the string over it.
4- Get into a comfortable position and close your eyes. You can sit in a meditation posture or simply in a chair. Focus on your goal and visualize how the smoke releases obstacles and your goals become reality. You can complete the ritual by playing a Tibetan singing bowl.
5- Remain like this for a few minutes, then open your eyes. Watch the wisps of smoke and let a feeling of gratitude fill you. We recommend repeating this ritual for several consecutive days.
